About this project

The objectives of the PhD project is to propose patient-centred innovative screening platform trial designs using organoids models and auxiliary data including patient’s disease trajectory and treatments’ temporality.

The PhD candidate will develop clinical trial designs using organoid models and auxiliary data for exploratory clinical trials based on patients’ screening, disease trajectory and treatment personalisation. These designs will take into account all information organoid models and auxiliary data using Bayesian evidence synthesis approaches.
