About this project

The objectives of the PhD project is to propose early phase clinical trials methods using estimand framework incorporating organoids modelling.

The PhD candidate will develop estimands and statistical models using the estimand framework and incorporating organoid modelling under Bayesian experts’ elicitation. These designs will consider all information organoid models and experts’ elicitation to define the best outcomes to be collected and analyses to reply to question on treatment effects.
